You may nominate players for the awards listed below. Feel free to include any information that supports your nomination, if available. For the underclassmen, please only include varsity stats.

***Only official nominations on this form from high school coaches will be considered. You may nominate players from opposing schools as well. Nominations are used to help narrow down award finalists

• 3 All-Defensive Teams & Defensive Player of the Year with 20 Honorable Mentions
• 4 All-Senior Teams with 40 Honorable Mentions
• 4 All-Junior Teams with 20 Honorable Mentions
• 4 All-Sophomore Teams with 20 Honorable Mentions
• 4 All-Freshman Teams with 10 Honorable Mentions
• 3 All-Energy Teams & Honorable Mentions
• Sixth Man of the Year with 5 Honorable Mentions
• Coach of the Year with 15 Honorable Mentions
